GENEALOGY OF GLOBALIZATION

Globalization is more or less powerful according to the considered aspect. We are very globalized in technological and economical subjects, but little in culture and almost nothing in politics and in social.

It is necessary to humanize globalization and the whole humanity must "empowering" her, being conscious that it is just a human product. Mankind has always been global and therefore, despite of the geographical diversity, remains a single species.

But globalization was not almost perceptible. In contrast, modernity has shown its importance, for example with violent effects such as colonization and imperialism. Europe and then West lead that globalization. But today its hegemony seems to decrease. To understand their role in it and to face their future, it is important that West is aware of the genealogy of globalization.
